I’m new to this and want to set up a CRM but don’t know which one to use. I want it mostly for a pipeline and task management. What are the best CRM’s that are compatible with the Apple calendar ?

@MariaIts great that you have a private bathroom for the guest.I would certainly do a rental agreement (independently of what portal you will use).Re: background It all depends on your comfortable level.

I’m in Scotch Plains and I’m very familiar with Berkeley Heights which is a pretty nice and would command good money on a move in ready property.

Although our portfolio is growing substantially and we've got solid income coming in, I'm not sure that it's quite at the point where it would stand alone on its own and command financing options (without my wife's W-2 income).
