James, I do have an identical unit comp (215K).

Sometimes I've had BPO's come in where the house still had an A/C.. then 2 weeks later when we get an offer someone steals the A/C.

What a steal!

I'm an identical twin, and had a GREAT time with it growing up.

I assure you, that if you get a steal of a deal or even a decent deal and that seller has some kids that don't agree.....well, I've seen deals recinded by a judge a year later!

I caught one tenant stealing from the property and threatened them with eviction.

I have what I think is a steal on an assumable loan but just would like some feedback from someone other than a RE agent that knows the market there.

They do have one 4 plex in the same area that is identical for sale for $170,000.

The reason for this is it keeps identity thieves from accessing your cash accounts,I highly recommend that you dispute this with your credit card company.
