Should I take section 8 tenant?
Does anyone have experience with renting to section 8 tenant? Is it advisable to rent to section 8 tenant? Specifically does anyone have experience with section 8 tenants in Florida?

Sam, just qualify people on the consistant basis and same qualifications regardless of thier source of money as being reliable. Some landlords have a stigma given to Sec 8 tenants that most often undeserved. They are at a lower middle income or low income level and there is not much difference between them as anyone else in the same renatal price range. There is a benefit that rent collections will be uneventful, usually unless the HA office messes up, but the rent is like clockwork. Even in Florida! Treat them right, give them a decent well maintained home and you can have a very long term tenant with rent increases as market rents go up. Good luck
