An interesting spin on marketing disclosures ...A marketing guru mentioned this once, i don't agree or disagree.Put somebody else's name on the marketing material.

The bank will not speak to you if you are not on the loan....SHe would have to give authorization and even then think youa re spinning your wheels trying to work with the bank to allow for a subject to deal.

And if you spin the circumstances in the right way, you can justify almost any answer.In this case, the guy obviously wanted to be provocative and/or controversial, so he gave a question and some circumstances where the "right" answer would have that effect.That said, for me and my situation, I agree with Jon.
