Subject To Question - Seller called the bank!

I was going to take a property Subject To. The seller is fine with not paying the mortgage, but was uncomfortable with me making the payments?????

I asked her kids to tell her not to call the bank, but she did anyway.

It's a local bank, so I was wondering if the Due on Sales has a much higher likelihood of being enforced.

Thoughts?
