It's been a fantastic shift from trying to do things with Excel and a plan scale.The learning curve is a little sharp until you grok that it's all object-oriented... after that sunk in I realized that the thing was really a rocket ship that could take you to the moon once you get it set up right.Previous to Planswift I was using an Excel sheet that I had set up with [about 5 pages of] common items that I could go through and enter quantities.

The leverage I'm wary of enough to keep me sharp but not enough to lose sleep over.

I have met some really sharp people and have been exposed to different ways to invest and have been able to help educate other who are just starting.

Quite the contrary, I have met some pretty sharp folks, some of whom have been in RE a long time.

Sharp as a tack, and is a product of Wall Street, so he does know finance pretty well anyways.
