Guy stays rent free in NYC for 6 yrs and won't take $80k to leave

I saw this story on HONY and thought it was interesting enough to share. If you think about the amount to evaded by not paying rent for 6 yrs in NYC, this is highway robbery and laws need to change.

You really have to wonder why some enterprising individual has not started a underground knee capping for hire company.

Based on what I know of the system I would consider hiring them to get rid of squatters before enter the fray of the legal system.
