That may have been true for some older mini-split systems where one condenser served multiple heads but modern heat pumps don't use resistance and are usually rated down to -13F (though again, I've seen them pull heat out of -25F air very nicely).

Most people don't care but your setting people up for failure if you a a cheap laminate or a "High End" laminate that's not water resistant

@Melanie Armstrong do a little homework up front and ask then if they have someplace to go...might save you some headaches if you issue notice and they resist...turns into an eviction that you might lose in court...
