Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

In real terms you would walk away from an investment long before a primary residence and therefore most banks will not allow it for anything less than 10%.

I give thumbs down on anything that uses real wood.

A little over 15 years ago, in the late spring of 2009, I was a brand spanking new real estate agent coming off of a miserably failed real estate investment venture.

Some investors thrive in these situations, while others prefer clearer paths to ROI.Before proceeding, consult with a real estate attorney and conduct a title search to uncover any surprises.

I myself don't have a lot of appetite for risk which is why I started investing in real estate.
