Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Our names go on title and our loans have the real estate as collateral so they are “secured loans.”

I'm an accountant and bookkeeper specializing in real estate.

Find a local agent in the area, it was an out of state investment.

Those were really good (Southeastern Wisconsin Real Estate Investor Group on FB if so inclined).  

Today its difficult at 20-40% down to make something cash flow (in real life not on paper).
