When we invested this was a suburb to an IT hub that employed close to 20,000 people. The area was in its infancy however we saw tremendous opportunity to invest in a gated community. Currently, market value is close to 875k.

Online search and research the area via Google Maps. Find a local agent in the area, it was an out of state investment.

20% down and rest at milestone construction phases that lasted for three years!

Currently renting at $15k per yr.
