In general, a HML can offer quicker access to funds and often a more efficient process (less cumbersome as compared to going the traditional bank route).

I won't recommend a specific direction for you to go, but for example in that 2 yr time you could be getting cash flow from a rental, or even do a flip and get your return quicker.

A conservation, personal shower head makes showers end quicker then a fixed one (easy to rinse).

At that point, your savings rate will increase exponentially and allow you to scale your portfolio that much quicker, especially since you are a high income earner.In addition, do you have any family or friends in India and what sort of rentals can you get out there? 

It costs money up front but you will begin to earn rental income much quicker. 

It will terminally jam your printer quicker than anything.
