On top of that, Justin pointed out that those with the incorrect answers were mixing the numerator and denominator which is a silly mistake.SO I ate crow and posted so on Nick's Facebook page and am now doing so here (as embarrassing as it is).

That being said  yes I love section 8And if you can level up a bit your property appearance you can get to pick between all of the tenants the best one.Also, take note that if you can get a 4 or better 5 bd with 2 bathrooms and are willing to tenant ate with section 8 tenants there is enormous demand and not much supply resulting in your ability to choose the creme de la creme tenant

In the past I have also bought about a dozen non-performing notes but that didn't go so well for me as my margins ended up being too thin and ran into problems along the way that ate into my profits.

His contributions were awesome house cleaning, and ocassionally he'd do all the fixins for a meal.We rarely ate together. he had own fridge in basement.All i'm saying is if his contribution to you and your wife is financial and this would help you right now immensely I'd do it.
