It's also possible his property is below what he paid for it today.However, contrast that to one of my properties bought at the same time with approximately the same investment amount, I literally made Millions.Unfortunately for Steve, he got priced out of Manhattan and moved to a cheaper place in NJ.

Hi @Ryland TaniguchiI completely agree with you in regards to Financial IQ and it's so difficult for newbie investors to learn it and even be able to utilize it.I guess I'm incredibly biased from some of my experience in Teaching and Lecturing Real Estate.I remember very crystal clear when I was Lecturing a group of Investors of all levels, but mostly new Investors, before the Crisis.It was held in Manhattan.

It seems in recent years PF and Sevierville have become more popular but Gatlinburg's setting is second to none and I see it as a good long term investment.
