hi, I'm brandall from Bayonne, NJ and looking to learn and hopefully begin investing in multifamily real estate. I am a union electrician so I would like to fix/flip and fix/hold. I'm 27 years old, father of 2 kids, and my fiancè is a full time student going for nurse practitioner. I want to invest in real estate because of the flexibility and potential financial freedom.
