I was perusing the Maryland SDAT tax records, and noticed that the records include information about the number of bathrooms that a property has, but there's no mention of how many bedrooms are there.

They threaten but rarely follow through.Proof of discrimination requires a high standard that is extremely difficult to prove which is why Fair Housing rarely peruses these types of cases.Operate your business as you see fit, just be smart about it, never give any applicant a reasons for rejection that would justify a complaint.
