other issue is the stumps.. if your prepping the land for any kind of development you need to pop the stumps and put them in a tub grinder.. there are mills that will take chips and pay for chips.. 7 acres like others said if its just scattered hardwood pretty uneconomical for any commercial type logging operation. out here on the west coast 7 acres of Tight 150 plus foot redwoods could be worth a million bucks at the Mill..

Since "the family" is asking for this accommodation, the family should be willing to chip in and pay.2) Offer to re-rent the home on their behalf as quickly as possible, but in the meantime they are still responsible for rent, utilities, upkeep, etc, just as if they are a tenant.Life is hard.
