I even have a mixed use property I’d like to throw in if any lenders can get that creative, but that one’s not a deal breaker.I currently use several DSCR lenders for my BRRRR’s, but the 2 main issues I’m running into on this portfolio are: 1) unable to finance the rural properties, and 2) unable to finance the mixed use.Thanks!!!

I agree with just about everyone above that the price should be either discussed upfront or in the engagement letter before services began.It's different to know how much they saved you because tax preparation typically isn't a service to save you taxes, you'll want to meet with them during the year for this.

:1) I'm now talking to owners of parcels with development potential.2) I'm now evaluating potential deals and networking in my area to gather the numbers needed to work the math (as taught in the course)3) I will soon start sending out letters of intent to purchase properties and then get them under contract.

I didn't owe anything, but I had sold my car to someone who racked up several thousand in parking fines and then promptly disappeared so they tried to flip the charges back on me as I was the only one left with money to collect.I called an attorney who sent them a cease and desist letter along with a warning that they would be liable for substantial damages if they ever contacted me again (and we would sue if they did).
