It has been a long mental uphill battle to get here but I now know what I want with my life and how I aim to get there!

The last few years I am trying to build up my investing mentality, while building up my wealth by saving up, cutting expenses, investing in the stock market, building a cash generating photovoltaic, playing with credit cards points and stuff.Now that are cash reserves are good and our son is 3 months old, we decided to stop procrastinating and take action.So recently went to a local meet up, through "meetup" app, which hosted by an investor the last few years.

That is a personal mental hurdle that you must consider and weight in on in preparation.   

These people (in a B+ class SFR) have the ultimate entitlement mentality.

The city council has a strong socialist mentality and is extremely anti-landlord.

I also work hard to keep my income high while my health (mental and physical) allows.

Apparently the co-worker got out of a bad relationship (domestic abuse) and she wants to keep an eye on her mental health.

Out of the books, the ones that look most appealing to me are:"The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received" - Donald Trump"The Snowball" - Warren BuffetSome books appeal more towards information about real estate, some appeal more towards the mentality you should have towards real estate and life in general.

The internet can seem like my best asset, but also my greatest mental block as well. thank you everyone Steven
