One time, someone left a mattress along the property line.

You can charge a premium for a furnished room (bed with mattress, night stand, dresser, desk with chair and mini fridge is what I equip all my rooms with).  

When I drove off, that boy was sitting on his mattress in the street crying in his girlfriend's arms.

She'd lived in a very spartan way anyway, with just a mattress on the floor and a desk she bought on Craigslist.  

They lived on an air mattress for a month or two before getting a real bed. 

So what if she can prove the money was taken out of her account, it could be under her mattress. 

Also, regarding bed bugs, I encourage all short stay providers to place anti bed bug liners on both box springs AND mattresses.

She said there wasn't much stuff whic I agreed because I visited him a couple of months ago to do a routine check up on the condo and found out he had no furniture and sleeping on a air mattress.  

If they are looking for a person they can look in a closet or under a bed but they CANNOT look in bags boxes under the mattress in your dresser etc....

And they could audit her to see if she spent it or just stuffed it in her mattress :-)
