Carl, Sorry to hear about this.. especially while you're away I'm sure is not a good feeling. 

So, don't feel any less of an investor if you go the property manager route.

I feel like it's a space where great operators can really clean up, since the bar is set really low, in my experience at least.

It also feels like a little bit of analysis paralysis on your side... lots and lots of reading.  

I’m still getting a feel for this platform and starting to adapt to the newer ways of networking and marketing.

Maybe  $25. tenants like the convience and they also feel like they are getting a deal.  

I’m trying to get a feel for how much more income it would generate compared to LTR or MTR.4.
