Lots of breakdowns, lots of vandalism and lots of "the machine took my money" stories from POd customers.That was one of the most frustrating parts of her life.

The problem i have is that this is not a big area maybe 30,000 people so the managment is slim pickens. the other problem is that the homes only bring in 350 for each unit so i think the managment company is looking for a more of a 700 amonth unit. i explained to them i'm starting out and i even asked for area which they perfer to have properties at and they still never sent me any info. this has been a learning experience and a frustrating one forsure.

The frustrating part of 1031 exchanges is that there are many gray areas within Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 1.1031 of the Treasury Regulations and all of the related Revenue Rulings and Procedures.

In a nutshell, I am frustrated by what I see as a complete lack of willingness on the part of all of these tenants to help themselves!
