pre development question

N/A N/A
Posted

First let me state that is so frustrating to be behind the curve...while I was paying 200 sheckles to go over the contracts for a pre-development contract the pre-development sold out. We just became aware of this development and met with the agents involved onsite yesterday. ARRRRRRRRRGGHH... Are there any ways to find out if there are develoments that we can get into earlier so we can avoid this event in the future? National listings, etc? As far as the lawyer we hired to do this we feel it was a good investment for we learned a lot and will keep the current contract in our records for future comparisons. Any Advice, sagacity etc greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time on this matter.
(on the good side we sign an offer for our first duplex today. One that provides postive cash flow. The begining has begun!)
