I was already straying away from it because a lot of the repairs that are covered I can do with my father's help.

I have  some construction experience from helping my father whose a handyman.

I handled all the painting and flooring myself at this time (painted with my father's contracting business for about 10 years in NYC).

Originally from Israel, my father is an experienced real estate investor back there.

Jessica Wygal I picked 3 communities near me (in my drive path so that i would faithfully follow up- if they’re father away, it’s easier to blow it off on your busy days), went in to introduce myself to the reps and asked them to teach me about their homes on the first visit.

And I was talking with the father and he asked me what I was doing now that i'm not working anymore and I told him I am  doing real estate.

Currently working to obtain some commercial properties with my father.

I have the financial means to make the payments if my father wasn’t able to do so but he is on 100 disability from his time in the military so him not paying shouldn’t be an issue since he has automatic income coming in each month.

Been talking a good bit with my married/father friends and co-workers, I'm definitely lucky to not have the other demands on my time.
