Greetings everyone! My name is David Molina, pleasure to be here. I've had a BP account for almost a year but have only lurked in the shadows and have been procrastinating. I am currently 18 years old going to community college for Architecture.  I have  some construction experience from helping my father whose a handyman. I've done some foundation, framing, flooring, painting, and remodels (my favorite!) I have a part time job at Amazon but am seeking a "real" job so that I can build credit and get loans. I have no knowledge or experience in Real Estate but have read a couple of books.

I am looking to invest in a duplex or triplex and house hack to begin building wealth (and get my parents to stop paying rent!!). I plan on saving and living a frugal life until I can save up for a down payment through an FHA loan. I would plan on doing the rehab myself and get my dad on board. Property Management would also be my responsibility. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope we can network and help one another out.
