He does almost all of my closings now (not just courthouse foreclosures) and I've closed a deal with him about every 7 to 8 weeks or so on average over the past couple years... so everyone wins.

Now, I would pick my battle and perhaps find a win win for this, but this is a win and a loss for everyone else. 

Proper management and vetting of tenants can win people over but I think it's also human nature they'll never agree that it's better than what they thought should happen.  

There is a famous book by Napoleon Hill called "Think and Grow Rich."  

I saw a need on both the seller's end and the list agents end and went right to my RE agent contacts and let them know they can offer upgrades and repairs to would be sellers to help them win more listing agreements and then we move in and do what is necessary to obtain top sell prices for the seller/list agent.

All the big wins on social media and the podcasts certainly set an unrealistic expectation.  

Who is going to win when properties double in value? 

It might be difficult to win because at least some of the charges sound valid.The juice stain is valid, especially if it is really obvious.
