Sure... if you recognize that that would likely fall under the category of mortgage fraud lol. 

I think it's something like "supplemental lines"  where those providers fall outside the normal providers somehow - which gives them price permissions to charge more for their product - but at least you get the insurance.  

With the current positive CF and interest rates hopefully falling in the near future I would hang on for now until the rates come down and values start increasing again.  

Although if you've built up a sizable portfolio over time and you decide to take a chance on a real estate deal and it does fall through, well then you have something to fall back on.   

I went to this "Remodelers Outlet" store in Fall River MA, and they offer cabinets from a brand called Wolf.  

I'm also moving to the MTR strategy as we go to the fall/winter seasons here in Denver. 4 months out of the year it's reeeaaal slow as an STR, but MTR strat could keep things more afloat.Cheers,Ian

The root problem with POHs is that many park owners become greedy and lazy in their management which then allows these homes to fall into complete and utter disrepair. 

Name brands with solid balance sheets are generally a better bet, still one can't forget the big fall too, so diligence is just as key with big names and cut them zero slack.

It's hard not to fall into this trap when digital marketing and social media advertising is constantly shoving all of these unnecessary products and services down our throats. 

And in the STR game, reviews are pretty much everything.Assuming you have the hot tub up and running smoothly though, I'd also take some time to focus on what cold weather amenities you can offer to guests to entice them to visit during the colder months when ADR's drop and occupancy falls off a cliff.
