I think not.I see excitement from people buying their first SFR but unless it is an A or B asset and location that enthusiasm quickly wanes.If you love SFR I wish you all the best and I am glad you are into changing communities and all of that kind of thing.

I love your enthusiasm but also take a step back and write down all the "potential" expenses....you always want to assume the worst to minimize the chance of a loss.  

They would have a great attitude and real enthusiasm for the work.

I like your enthusiasm but you have to wait to be 18 too put anything under contract.
