Free Labor for Deal Shadowing (DuPage County, IL)

I'm a very motivated first time wholesaler looking for real experience not just reading theories and watching video's of everyone else's proven 3 step programs for a low fee of $1000 each.  I work full-time M-F, but I can commit to 10-15 hours a week of driving for dollars, handwriting direct mail, calling seller leads, doing whatever you need someone to do for free.  I will be your bird dog and all I ask in exchange is to let me shadow your deals.  I want to see what a deal looks like and feels like from beginning to end.

This may not be the most common way to get into the business, but I learn from hands on experience.  I want to be able to do the work and ask questions as I go if needed.  I take criticism as a way to improve.  If you do not like my work or I am not bringing enough to the table, I will walk away and hope we can do business together at another time.

If this sounds like something you are interested in, please send me a private message or reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you.
