I downloaded Bob Diamonds Course on Overages and understand the process about getting the claimant to sign a contingency agreement, but i have a possible claim in a county in Georgia that will require an attorney to file the claim.

Clicking on that, you'll see "Download PDF" at the bottom of the  Report Sharing Settings dialogue window.

@Jonathan White If you download the app meetup you can find some local investor groups there as well as some on Facebook!

Click that and a window pops up and gives you multiple sharing options, including Download PDF in the bottom left of the popup window.

I have tried to get him to download an app to listen to these podcasts but he says he just doesn't enjoy it.  

 Download "Close IT" app, it will give you all the details

I try and download the zip and then nothing happens.

I first started with downloading Max Maxwell Podcast and took a course through “YouTube University” all free.
