That will add an additional layer of protection from blame during times of disputes.

My friend says they just want the properties sold as soon as possible to quell any family disputes.

I currently have counsel retained representing my LLC, but am experiencing a dispute with the other member of the LLC(2 members only). 

Beyond that, don't get involved in their personal dispute.

I am glad you got the rock throwing out of your neighborhood and it is great you came back and told us the resolution. 

I just disputed a credit card chargeback this morning over a hot tub that wasn't working.
