Seeking real estate attorney for help with a LLC Member dispute

All, looking for help here in the form of recommendations for providers, etc. I currently have counsel retained representing my LLC, but am experiencing a dispute with the other member of the LLC(2 members only). They have retained counsel individually in an attempt to negotiate the drafting and adoption of an Operating Agreement, AFTER making an initial investment in the company. I've been more than willing to cooperate and draft the necessary documentation to protect their investment, but they have since changed their position/requests several times and are now demanding that I transfer all assets to them and walk away. Without divulging too much here I'd love for connections/recommendations for anyone who might be able and willing to advise or help. Thanks in advance!
