You might incur tons of debt that cannot be discharged in a bankruptcy.Many people stay poor financially their whole life  because of bad planning.

If you are looking for niche markets and like doing research, you should look into probate, evictions, BK discharges, and divorce filings.

All previous issues would have been discharged, and it would be starting fresh?

I've have a couple of rough years (car accident in which I lost my memory, and also young the air force but being medically discharged).
