Investing with high FICO and a foreclosure

I am getting back into the RE investing game after a set back in 2010. I have a 720 fico, make good money but have a BK (discharged in 2010) and a foreclosure that was tied to the BK ( but is listed as 2014). I know I can buy using FHA when the foreclosure is 3 years old (that will be 11/2017). I have found a couple good deals that I would like to move on now, are there any other options out there? Thank you
