I recently signed a new tenant, mother and daughter. 

Just recently the tenant called me mentioning their daughter who apparently lost her own place has decided to move in and has basically overstayed her welcome causing a lot of issues for the elderly couple.

All was well for a matter of a few months after she moved in, however in my naivety, missed that our Apt A, HUD tenant’s Older daughter was soon to be turning 18.

I thought that I would probably end up having to evict her but, luckily she said that she knows that she can't afford the current rent amount (due to her daughter moving out/she was helping her pay the rent), so she's looking for a smaller and cheaper apartment.Good luck!

@Eric Boutwell, can speak to what I've seen when living near Winter Park, hanging out there for the last 20 years, and now have my step-daughter going to college there: Winter Park is pricey, and has been one of the staid, old money places to be for a long time.

My daughter brings her lunch in and microwave it, whereas most of her colleagues buy their lunches locally.I don't know how your utility handles it out there.
