It's a little tough to show a 3/2, $900 a month rental in Texas while you are on a cruise in the Mediterranean.

Like many of you it’s fun for me to cruise Zillow or Realtor.com looking a for a deal or just to look.

Some people like to have a nice chunk of cash lying around, liquid, so that they can just cruise on down the road.

It's pretty bad when one goes on vacation, takes a cruise, sits at a table on the Ship and the people who live in France, who barely speak English, who is also sitting at the table, asks where you're from and you say Detroit, and they say "Oh, bang bang shoot em up", and you hang your down in embarrassment and say yea.
