Aside from ones own personal network, I would love to hear what resources people are using to connect with real estate investors for multi units, industrial and commercial.

@Dana A. While I'm based in SoCal and not the Bay Area, I would say local meetups have been an incredible way for me to meet with other investors/clients face to face. Nowadays with all of the covid restrictions, many of them are taking place on zoom which is of course not ideal but still very valuable. Investing in real estate is a pretty easy ice breaker when face to face so you can really find people who either have the same goals as you or better yet have already accomplished what you're trying to do. I would try to stick away from the general, vague REI meetups and focus on ones that seem hyper-focused on the same niche as you. For example, here in the San Fernando Valley, @Jeffrey Isenberg hosts a great meetup specific to multifamily investing and thus attracts people/guests specifically interested in that strategy. (Keep an eye on this group because you might be interested in his remote meetups).
