We have seen this is many markets (Las Vegas) One day it will implode and investors will be looking elsewhere.We are already seeing a large influx of investors in the Midwest.

I just instructed them to lower the price las week $50 and have had no luck.  

Also I am doing it out of Las Vegas.

Quite a few people around me got slaughtered investing in FL, AZ, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Tracy, etc....Some lost everything during the crash.
