Putting a window in tastefully, and doing hard coat stucco that ties into the rest of the house could really make it a winner, and if the home is brick, stucco could work great if you paint the brick the same color with masonry paint. 

BTW - we are referring to the home as The Spearmint Rhino due to her luxurious color, not because there is a stripper pole in the attic, but don't worry - we may add one.

Mind changer is a factor, if you pay me 5 times to paint the same wall 5 times, just because you don't like the color, that's a no no for me.

We're doing one "slow motion" rehab...getting ready to install a kitchen soon, and a roof in the near future. 

We all know how people are when they look at a property don't like the paint color etc. was wondering if it was a good idea to find someone and finish it to their liking's.

There's nobody to tell us what trees to cut, what colors are acceptable to paint the home, when to mow our lawn, what kind of vehicles can be parked in the driveway, where to place our garden hose and trash can, etc.

Maybe the carpet is a different color where the sofa was.The existing tenant may not actually move out on the day they said they would.

Offering different options as finishing material such as colors, flooring, cabinetry and etc.
