I'm starting at 44 I am ok with trial and error... but  for an 18 year old entering college what courses/ majors would be best suited for real estate investment success??

Finding underground features is not a matter of trial-and-error or hit-or-miss.

I have found through (trial and error) you will fail a lot but, once you have found the right wording, phrases and ads, you will then be able to pull many wholesale deals from everywhere.
