w so I was reading the requirements for the FHA and you have to have a job or a steady work history for two years... iv been gone for a couple years searving a mission for my church. how would I get around this?

(this also lets you see the title company fees) If it is high level inquiry to get you in the church, I tend to use 5% for easy math.

Annoyed that I couldnt afford to live in CA, my wife and 1 year old moved to KCMO and bought a duplex.A near and dear friend from my church hinted of the fact of checking out RDPD by Kiyosaki, and thats when I made my commitment to become a full time REI by the time I hit 30.Looking forward to meeting people, and learning how I can help out the REI community.

After i churched the number just off of the rental rate and taxes, vacancy and insurance the ROI was over 13%, i figured after my fee and improvements to the property the total investment would be 55k and thats on the high side for the area.

I would also be curious then, where the valuation education come from if your not in the church on pricing.
