Need advice on buying
Hey BP,
I live in the Salt lake area and want some advice or more options. I plan on buying a duplex with an FHA loan and rent out the other half so i don't have to pay that nasty rent every month to some other investors pocket. Im wondering if i should go with the FHA because i don't have to much cash for a bigger down payment or should i just save up more money? I hear this is a great way to get your feet wet in the real estate world. what do you guys think?
