Broker brought deal to the table, it had a affordability component to it so that gave us an advantage How did you finance this deal?

I thought one of my tenants brought home bed bugs about 2 years ago.

My partner and I had a discussion as to which one would be preferred when I brought it up that not everyone frequents those places.

Wait, he hasn't brought the entire check yet?

that's what brought me to Kelowna in the first place ski in ski out condos in 2000 for 40k CDN which was like 25k US..  

I brought all the capital, and he did all the work.

It also allows me to pull reports, including what we have brought in so that I can more easily pay the sales taxes.

But it was amazing these guys had a 20 year run. brought in Millions upon millions at 10k a pop and basically never brokered a loan..  

Something you might consider is taking a look at your strength and weaknesses, I did that and partnered up with someone who brought those things I didn't have to the table. found a mentor,  And a carpenter,  I wasn't a Carpenter, so building things wasn't in my forte, I had a friend that was. 

A friend that is a realtor brought someone through to see it and they liked it but ended up being a low baller.
