Summer house hacking sounds like a swell idea.That was when I started looking in MF rental properties as an asset class trying to figure out how MF investors make money and what ROI they may expect in our target area.

I'm not too familiar with this for a flip, but my hard money loan comes due in about 5 monthsThe question: I'm bleeding money on this flip with my monthly hard money interest payment.

Many Boomers will probably end up on public assistance after the medical costs bleeds them dry of what they own (just like a lot of the elderly now).
