Auction was Canceled

So I have been following a property through the auction.com process just to see how it works.  I received an email saying the property was cleared for auction 20 minutes before auction but then received one about 45 minutes later saying the auction was canceled.  Could someone familiar with the process please help me understand what happened.  This was in Gwinnett County Georgia.

Ah are you talking about the first Tuesday of the month court house steps there in GA ??? if so its really common to have cancellations fully half or more cancel first time out..
