I've done them where you do a batch refinance to, say, shove all the debt of six properties into 3 properties.

@Miller McSwain i use a pretty well and kind text to start off and i used batch lead for texting and skip tracing

I use BatchLeadStacker for skiptracing for about $0.15/skip while Freedomsoft doesn't actually tell you how much per lead, but when I was about to start a batch of skip tracing I calculated it to be about $0.27/skip.

So yes it can be very powerful media to advertise, but you need to perfect it before you run large batches, focus on the hand level product till you start getting a conversion you would love to have at a large scale, them ramp it up.

I like the latter as I get them in one batch from the tenant and then I can go to the bank and deposit them on the first of the month.
