Propstream Vs. Vulcan 7 Vs. REDX

Hi everyone,

I'm a brand new agent working in southeast wisconsin. I want to start implementing some more agressive prospecting techniques rather than just waiting for listings to come to me. I've been looking into lead generation tools like propstream, vulcan 7, and REDX. I'm trying to figure out which platform is going to give me the most for my money. Specifically I want to start circle prospecting, FSBO and FRBO prospecting, and looking for target demographics for cold calls and mail campaigns. The problem is that everyone on youtube reviewing these platforms has affiliate links and is trying to sell me something so I can't trust them. I'm hoping you all might have some input or experience with these platforms so I can get an honest review before I commit to one or the other. Thanks!

I havent used Vulcan, I tried RedX for about a week and didnt like it - If I remember correctly, you have to pay separately for each lead source.

I felt like propstream had more options and would be a better value for me in the long run so I have been using propstream for the last year and am pretty happy with it.
