As I aged and saw others I went to school with and actors I watched growing up pass away it really became clear.

Richard, one of the reasons I think of targeting entertainment pros is because my landlord frequently rents out his unit to them - we've had actors/actresses and, recently, a director of photography stay in his unit for 1-3 month stays.  

Honestly, I don’t know how many bad actors you’d screen out.

From talking with the pros in the area I would be careful, there is a lot of fraudulent activity and bad actors participating in the Miami area.

I stumbled across this site while researching real estate investing and have been consuming blog posts, podcasts, and forum posts like candy for the past week with my wife @Amy Bauer.

My concern is the bad actors out there.

I'm an actor on tour and don't plan to live in one place anytime soon. 

Lots of bad actors.. its what that statue was created for and in addition its garden variety wire fraud..
