My understanding is that if you want to advertise, you must follow rule 506 (c), which allows you to advertise, but limits you to accredited investors.

i seem to be struggling with the documentation when buying something im not sure of but i get multiple definitions that are leading me to think that these idea's only exist in the mind but somehow exist on paper contracts im confused some of the words are mortgage, mortgage bond, bond fund, names related to a bond in finance, i want to better learn the paperwork that is involved in financing a real estate transaction which is why i am pursuing a job as a mortgage underwriter but i wonder if i will be taking finra series # related exams that and nmls related testing for liscensure reasons before recieving sponsership to work at a BBB accredited brokerage firm or a mortgage bank related company

You will need an Investor portal and system for vetting Accredited Investors but first you will need to decide whether you want to do it under 506(B) or (C).
