I wouldn't talk to local or regional banks they are still dusty and slow.

Obviously that's not guaranteed, but experts figure it's likely.I would be happy to PreQualify and talk shop - personally I'm on home #4 doing the exact strategy you outlined, home #5 incoming, rates aren't slowing me down.

Hello all, been noticing a slow down in the renters market.

Considering going back to investing in Cali but it’s slow going.

So tenants that don';t work out can be stuck in a room for 2 months while the slow eviction process works through.   

If the company you are waiting on is slow/non-responsive when trying to win your business I wouldn’t expect quality service if you choose to go with them.
